How about the sink?
There is no charge for cutting sink holes for top-mount sinks. We do charge a small fee for under-mount sink cutting and setting, due to the time and skilled labor required. We do not recommend cast iron sinks for under-mount applications. Any other type of sink is fine.
We disconnect your existing plumbing from the sink. We do not reconnect the plumbing afterward. If you don't have a plumber, we can recommend one to you.

What about the old countertops?
We remove and dispose of old Formica tops at no charge. Removal takes, on average, 15 minutes.
How long does it take?
One day. Generally we arrive in the morning around 10 a.m., and you will be eating dinner off your new granite countertops.
